Seamless.ly was built by someone who spent twenty years in CRM and saw the same gap from every angle. Whether the system was SAP, Salesforce, or anything else, the biggest barrier to CRM success was never the technology. It was the moment between the conversation and the keyboard. Seamless.ly closes that gap.

Founder-led

Seamless.ly is founded by Pim Egmond, based in London. Twenty years in CRM, from SAP consulting at Accenture, to Salesforce as AppExchange Account Executive for the Benelux and Nordics partner ecosystem, to Meta, to Okta, the global leader in identity, working with enterprises across the UK and EMEA.

After watching sales teams fail to capture customer information at the moment it actually matters, leading to thin pipelines, broken follow-ups, and customer records full of gaps, Pim built the tool he always wished existed.

Seamless.ly works with a trusted network of specialists across design, mobile engineering, security, and infrastructure, brought in where their expertise raises the quality of what we ship. Every line of code, every customer conversation, and every release decision still flows through the founder, so the product stays coherent and the standard stays high.

Seamless.ly is a registered ISV in the Salesforce Partner Program, listed on the AppExchange, and reviewed by Salesforce. There is a small full-circle moment in this. Pim once sourced and developed AppExchange partners across Benelux and the Nordics. Seamless.ly now ships from the other side of that same ecosystem, held to the standards he once helped partners meet.
