A Salesforce partnership
Seamless.ly is built on Salesforce, distributed through Salesforce, and reviewed by Salesforce. Everything we ship is held to the same standards your admins, security team, and end users already expect from the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce ISV partner
We're a registered ISV in the Salesforce Partner Program. That commitment shapes how we build, how we ship, and how we support customers. Our packaging follows Salesforce's standards for distribution and lifecycle. Our identity flows follow Salesforce's standards for authentication and authorization. Our release cadence tracks the Salesforce platform roadmap, including ecosystem shifts like the move to External Client Apps and the seasonal Spring, Summer, and Winter releases.
For our customers, the practical effect is that Seamless.ly behaves like a first-class Salesforce app, not a third-party tool bolted on top. Procurement, security, and admin teams recognize the patterns immediately, because they are the patterns Salesforce defines.
AppExchange listed and security reviewed
Seamless.ly is published on the Salesforce AppExchange, the marketplace your admins already trust for vetted Salesforce apps. Listing requires Salesforce's full security review, the same review your IT and security teams require of any tool that touches CRM data.
The review covers source code and architecture, authentication and authorization, data handling and storage, third-party dependencies, and the end-to-end flow from user input to record creation. There is no shortcut, no exception, and no way onto the AppExchange without passing.
For procurement and security teams, the AppExchange listing is often the difference between months of vendor onboarding and a same-day install. View us on the AppExchange.
Built on the Salesforce platform
We use Salesforce's own authentication, SDKs, and APIs end to end. Users sign in with their Salesforce credentials over OAuth, the same way they sign in to anything else in the ecosystem. We never see, store, or proxy passwords. Local data is encrypted on-device through the Salesforce Mobile SDK's secure storage layer.
Inside the app, Salesforce's permissions model governs everything. Profiles, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security all apply exactly as they do in Lightning. If a user cannot see an account in Salesforce, they cannot see it in Seamless.ly. If a field is hidden from their profile, it is hidden in the app. There are no parallel permissions for an admin to learn and no separate access model to reconcile.
When users capture a voice note or scan a business card, the resulting record is written straight to your Salesforce org via the REST API. Your CRM data never lives on our infrastructure as a copy or a cache. There is no shadow database to audit, no data residency question to answer, and no off-platform retention to revoke.
What this means for our customers
Salesforce admins get an app that respects the work they have already done: the page layouts, the validation rules, the record types, the assignment rules. Seamless.ly reads your metadata and writes records that flow through your existing automation, not around it.
Sales and field teams get a mobile experience that feels like an extension of Salesforce, because that is exactly what it is. Authentication is one tap. Permissions are familiar. Data shows up where it always has.
IT and security teams get a vendor whose architecture they can verify, whose review they can recognize, and whose listing they can hand to procurement.
