Founding Backend Engineer

Own the server-side foundations of Seamless.ly. You will design and build the APIs, integrations, and AI workflows that turn every voice note and business card into structured CRM data.

What you will do

  • Design and build scalable backend services that power our mobile apps.
  • Integrate deeply with the Salesforce platform to read, write, and reflect customer metadata at enterprise scale.
  • Build AI workflows that extract structured data from unstructured input.
  • Own performance, reliability, and security across the full backend.
  • Shape the architecture as Seamless.ly grows.

What you will bring

  • Senior production experience with TypeScript backends.
  • Strong API design instincts and a track record of integrations that hold up at scale.
  • Salesforce platform experience (Apex, SOQL, REST APIs, custom metadata).
  • An eye for security and data handling at enterprise standards.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce ISV or AppExchange experience.
  • Serverless or event-driven backend experience.
  • AI and LLM integration experience.

Founding Mobile Engineer

Own iOS and Android end to end. You will set the bar for performance and craft on the apps our customers use every day.

What you will do

  • Lead architecture, code quality, and release cadence across both iOS and Android.
  • Drive offline-first design and performance across both platforms.
  • Own the mobile roadmap alongside the founder.
  • Bring in and mentor mobile specialists as the team grows.

What you will bring

  • Senior production experience shipping native iOS or Android apps.
  • Deep fluency in modern Swift and SwiftUI, or Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • A track record of owning mobile work end to end, not just contributing to it.
  • Strong instincts for design and performance.

Nice to have

  • Production experience on both platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce mobile ecosystem.
  • A public app on the App Store or Play Store you are proud of.
